Positive Impact Corporation was founded by Frank LaFauci in 1988 to offer CEO's, COO's and CFO's services to improve their operations and enhance their financial reporting. It did this predominantly by implementing software systems and deploying technology designed for this purpose. Frank grew the company for 16 years, and negotiated the sale of its assets in 2006 to Blum Shapiro, the largest regional accounting, tax and business consulting firm based in Connecticut. After the sale, Frank directed the focus of Positive Impact Corporation to the remote desktop solution described herein. This remarkable solution can dramatically change how businesses handle their technology, and Frank believes this is how all businesses will operate in the future.
