Positive Impact Corporation was founded by Frank LaFauci in 1988 to offer business owners and corporate executives services to improve their operations and enhance their financial reporting. This was predominantly accomplished by implementing software systems and deploying technology designed for this purpose. Frank grew the company for 18 years, and negotiated the sale of its assets in 2006 to Blum Shapiro, the largest regional accounting, tax and business consulting firm based in Connecticut. After the sale, Frank focused on using his experience to help companies choose the best products and service providers, to assist firms with their system installations, and in being an enthusiastic advocate of cloud solutions.  SwizzNet is his first choice for most businesses. Cloud computing can dramatically change how businesses handle their technology, and as Frank originally stated back in 1999, “This is how all businesses will operate in the future.”
